Inside
What we touch up in the rooms
The wear in a lived-in house shows in the same places. We start there.

Walls and ceilings
Scuffs, marks and patched nail pops, painted in your color so the patch does not show.
Hairline cracks filled and primed
Ceiling spots over old stains, where the cause is fixed

Doors and trim
Hinge edges, handle zones, casings and baseboards, which take the knocks.
Caulk lines reopened and refilled
Sills and casings by the windows

Stairs and halls
The walls beside the stairs and the rails under every hand.
Spindles and handrails
Wall corners where bags and furniture rub
Fair warning

Questions
About inside visits
What is not included?
Water damage, rot, drywall or plaster repair beyond hairline cracks, and repainting a whole wall or room unless your tier says so. We write those up on your list and quote them before any work.
Will you move furniture and cover floors?
Yes. We cover floors and furniture near the work and keep one path clear. We move what we can lift safely and leave the rest for you to move.
My house was built before 1978. Does that change a visit?
Yes. EPA’s Renovation, Repair and Painting rule covers paid work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978. Tell us the year when you join. Scraping, sanding and caulk removal on those homes follow lead-safe work practices, and our firm number is in the footer.

Tell us which rooms wear fastest, and we will write the list around them.
