Why we do not promise an outside date
Outside touch-ups need dry surfaces and paint that can cure.
When the forecast turns, we move the visit and tell you the same day. In Cincinnati that usually means a visit in late spring or early fall, and a second day later if rain comes. Inside visits are not affected.

About outside visits
What about the weather?
Inside visits do not care. Outside work needs dry days and paint that can cure, so we schedule those on dry days and do not promise a date in advance.
What if the house needs a repaint?
We tell you, in writing, with what a repaint would involve. Many members who repaint with us stay on the membership; a repaint is a separate written estimate.
My house was built before 1978. Does that change a visit?
Yes. EPA’s Renovation, Repair and Painting rule covers paid work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978. Tell us the year when you join. Scraping, sanding and caulk removal on those homes follow lead-safe work practices, and our firm number is in the footer.
